Getting To Songbirds

Drive from Brisbane or the Gold Coast

From Brisbane

Take the South Beenleigh exit and follow the signs to Beaudesert bypassing Beenleigh CBD. Follow the road - a scenic 20 minutes drive - and look out for the Mount Tamborine sign at the bottom of the hill. The sign also shows the Bearded Dragon.

Drive up the Tamborine Mountain Road passing Thunderbird Park and see Songbirds in the Forest clearly signposted on the right.

From the Gold Coast

Take Exit 57 Oxenford / Mount Tamborine turnoff from the main highway (Motorway 1).

Follow the road to the top of the mountain and turn right at the roundabout showing Gallery Walk.

At the end of Gallery Walk turn right at the next roundabout into Eagle Heights Road.

Drive to T-junction and turn right following the Brisbane-Beaudesert sign.

Songbirds is clearly indicated on the left about 1.25 kilometres from the T-junction
