big, gutsy flavour with great length on the palate, this is a firm, cloth bound cows milk cheese that is slightly crumbly when cut, with occasional blue moulding

TRIPLE CREAM, JINDI VICTORIA
Rich, buttery, creamy flavoured, white mould cows milk based on the French Brie / Camembert style

KYTREN MATURE CHEVRE, MARGARET RIVER, WESTERN AUSTRALIA
made by master cheese maker Margaret Vinicombe, made using vegetarian rennet. Firm nutty cheese with a clean complex goats milk flavour in a white mould.
