Body and soul massage – 1 hour
$75 Experience a rare state of bliss with a body and
soul massage. Lye clothed on a warm massage table and feel the
body, mind and spirit relax and revive. This massage is a treat for
all the senses and brings energy centres back into alignment.
Yoga for health and happiness
Feel the extraordinary benefits of an individual hatha yoga
class with Songbirds yoga instructor Kay Lindholm. Kay helps people
integrate their inner and outer lives to promote health and
wellbeing.
Kay says yoga is a conscious system of education. “Hatha yoga
helps enhance happiness; it brings joy and laughter with sound
ethics. Yoga helps people feel good about themselves and the people
around them.
“Yoga helps to tone muscles and strengthen the body, improve
